Welcome to Fresh Cuts Salon W.L.L. ("Fresh Cuts", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online booking platform, customer account, online store, memberships, loyalty programme, gift cards, and other digital services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian where required.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
  • The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
  • Any payment method you use is authorized.

2. Customer Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login details secure.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Update your information when it changes.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Online Appointments

Appointments are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via Email, SMS, WhatsApp or another approved communication channel.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational requirements.

Please inform us before your appointment if you have any allergies, skin conditions or other medical information that may affect your treatment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled:

  • More than 2 hours before the appointment:

    • No cash refund.
    • Payment converted to Booking Credit.

  • Less than 2 hours before the appointment:

    • Payment is forfeited.
    • No Booking Credit.

Management may make exceptions in genuine emergencies.

5. Late Arrival & No-Show

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early.

  • Up to 15 minutes late – your service may be shortened.
  • More than 15 minutes late – your appointment may be treated as a No-Show.

Repeated No-Shows may result in advance payment requirements or suspension of online booking privileges.

6. Products & Online Shopping

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate.

All products are subject to availability.

Images are for illustration purposes only and actual packaging may vary.

7. Delivery

Where delivery is available:

  • Delivery charges are shown during checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The wrong product was supplied.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • Applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Memberships

Membership benefits:

  • are personal;
  • cannot normally be transferred;
  • are valid only during the active membership period.

Membership fees and benefits may change over time.

10. Loyalty Programme

Customers may earn loyalty points on eligible purchases.

Points:

  • have no cash value;
  • cannot be transferred;
  • may expire according to programme rules.

Fresh Cuts may modify or discontinue the programme at any time.

11. Gift Cards

Gift Cards:

  • may only be redeemed at participating Fresh Cuts branches or online where available;
  • cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
  • may be subject to expiry dates where permitted by law.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website;
  • attempt unauthorised access;
  • upload malicious software;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit fraudulent bookings;
  • interfere with website operations.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • logos
  • trademarks
  • photographs
  • graphics
  • text
  • software

belongs to Fresh Cuts or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Cuts shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses;
  • website interruptions;
  • delays caused by third parties;
  • technical failures beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

15. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available on this website.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
