Key Responsibilities

Hair & Grooming Services

  • Perform professional haircuts, fades, beard trimming, shaving, styling, and grooming services.
  • Recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming solutions based on customer preferences.
  • Ensure all services are delivered according to salon standards and hygiene requirements.
  • Maintain consistency in service quality and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

  • Welcome customers professionally and create a positive experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Maintain proper customer records in the salon system.

Sales & Revenue Support

  • Promote salon packages, memberships, and retail products.
  • Support branch sales targets and personal service targets.
  • Encourage upselling of grooming products and additional services.

Hygiene & Safety

  • Sterilize tools and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
  • Follow Bahrain health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure towels, machines, and equipment are properly maintained.

Teamwork & Operations

  • Cooperate with team members and management.
  • Attend training sessions and follow operational procedures.
  • Support salon marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
  • Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and professional appearance at all times.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Barber in a salon or grooming center.
  • Strong skills in modern haircuts, fades, beard styling, and shaving.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of salon systems and appointment management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sterilization standards.

Preferred

  • Experience in premium or high-end salons.
  • Ability to recommend styles and products confidently.
  • Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
